    Frequently asked questions

    How can I reach you?

You can reach me from the contact area or via WhatsApp.

    Can we visit your workshop?

Unfortunately, our Workshop is closed to outside visitors for security reasons. However, we can always meet virtually. You can get detailed information by visiting our "About Us" page.

    Why are your prices high?

While determining the price for the works, in addition to the material and time costs, market research is conducted and equivalents are taken into consideration.

Do you design to special order?

Yes, we do. For this, all you need to do is fill out the form in our "Special Order" area.

How do you paint the glass?

This is a question I hear very often. The glasses I use are not painted. Color is given to the glasses by adding metal oxides while they are molten in the factory. However, it is possible to give patterns to plate glass by adding glass paints later.

Is there a shipping fee? If so, how much do you estimate?

    Why choose Glass?

The benefits of glass packaging are clear: it’s sustainable, it’s inert, It’s 100% and infinitely recyclable, reusable and refillable; it’s safe to store food and drinks in; and it’s beautiful, consumers love it. Glass is made from naturally occurring ingredients abundant in nature. The alchemy of these ingredients result in one sole material. No other material or chemical layers are needed to complete it.

Glass is 100% recyclable and infinitely so

Glass is 100% recyclable and can be recycled endlessly with no loss in quality or purity. Glass recycling is a closed loop system, creating no additional waste or by-products. Glass is one of the very few examples where the same material can be recycled over and over again without loss of quality. Reusing glass bottles reduces overall impact and it increases the sustainable value of glass many times over. Returnable glass is a good alternative solution the industry can offer for specific market conditions.
